Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Domestic (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: $8.00 (3-4 business days after processing)
  • Express Shipping: $15.00 (1-2 business days after processing)
  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders $85 and above

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: $15.00 (6-12 business days after processing)
  • Express International: $30.00 (1-5 business days after processing)

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on location and external factors.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. During checkout, you'll see available shipping options for your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged items: Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • Lost packages: We'll work with the carrier to investigate after the expected delivery window has passed
  • Replacement policy: We'll replace verified damaged or lost items at no cost to you

International Customers

  • Customs and duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country
  • Delivery times: May be longer due to customs processing
  • Address requirements: Ensure your address includes all required local formatting

Special Circumstances

  • Undeliverable packages: Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees for redelivery
  • Holidays: Shipping may be delayed during major holidays
  • Weather: Severe weather conditions may impact delivery times

Order Modifications

Once an order is placed we cannot modify shipping addresses or cancel orders.
